The team was always in touch, checking on how I was feeling and closely monitoring my recovery. I felt genuinely cared for throughout the entire process. ( It took about 9 months) 🙏🏻 Thanks to Dr. Ian Foo, I finally have my smile back — and that makes me incredibly happy. I also appreciated being able to consult with the doctor on other dental questions. What really stood out to me was that the advice I received was focused on preserving the health of my teeth — not just aesthetics, and definitely not on unnecessary treatments. You can feel when a doctor truly prioritizes your well-being, and that’s exactly the kind of care I received here. Dr Chin Mei Yun of SmileBay dentist is an excellent dentist. I am very nervous about going to the dentist and she totally put me at ease. Treatment was excellent and pain-free. I highly recommend Dr Chin. So happy that I have found her and will do all of my future dental treatment with her.

10/10! My Husband had to have an emergency root canal while on holiday in Penang. We are fron Australia. We were advised by our hotel the best dentist was SmileBay Dental Surgery at Island Plaza. An urgent appointment was organised. All the staff were so so wonderful. Amazing professional work and Dr Yun was just so kind and caring. We have told other family members who need dental work done to go there for treatment. We are also coming back next year for for treatment. Amazing service, price and professionalism.
