We are able to save you the hassle of arranging a second visit merely to obtain your permanent restoration by having a wide selection of state-of-the-art, world-class dental equipment, such as the CEREC CAD-CAM system and the Zirkonzahn CAD-CAM system. We use CAD/CAM (computer-aided design/computer-aided manufacture) technology in our Digital Dental Lab to make quick scans to determine if you need a veneer or crown, design it in the programme, and then mill it using a block of ceramic or any material we choose.

This means that instead of having to wait for weeks, a veneer or crown can be constructed in precise, targeted colours, thanks to the CAD/CAM milling technique, which also allows us to expedite the procedure. Additionally, we can ensure that our high-priority patients receive prompt treatment.

Early Detection of Dental Health Issues

The ease of access to advanced dental equipment at our Digital Dental Lab, such as the 3Shape TRIOS 3 Intra-oral Scanner, Dental Intra-oral Camera and other types of dental tech, allows us to intervene much more quickly, potentially avoiding the need for more invasive dental treatments. 

The 3Shape TRIOS 3, for example, employs optical scanning to create a 3D model of patients’ teeth and jaws without the complexity and inconvenience associated with traditional dental imprints. We also involve our patients in the process by displaying their areas of concern. With the intraoral scanner, patients can now see their own teeth on a large screen, allowing them to better comprehend the health of their own teeth.

Greater Precision

With our in-house Digital Dental Lab, we have greater control over our patients’ treatments from start to finish. In addition to digital scanning and software design for dental restorations, we also employ 3D printing technology to build digitally developed devices that could aid in diagnostic and treatment planning. The majority of our 3D printing is used to make crowns and bridges, as well as surgical stents for computer-guided surgery.
