In our attempt to make a good impression, one of the first things we did was get rid of the “dentist’s office” scent — that chemical smell connected to anaesthesia and invasive procedures, which makes people think they’re in a hospital atmosphere. We attempt to store any chemicals in enclosed spaces away from places with high patient traffic, such as the waiting room and treatment rooms, and we deploy diffusers with essential oils throughout the office to help mask the scent of the chemical. Meanwhile, in order to help prevent the spread of disease, a medical-grade air purifier helps to remove pollutants, chemicals, germs and odours; most importantly, they kill airborne viruses.
